Frequently Asked Questions
  • How do I reset my password?
    You currently need to reset your password by requesting your Divisional Head or Nodal Officer, as not all users have official email yet. You can also use the "Change Password" feature available in the app.
  • App is not responding?
    Make sure you’re using the latest version and try restarting your device.
  • How do I view information without login?
    You can use the "Citizen Login" to view publicly accessible information. This won't require a password. Once you logout from Citizen Login, you’ll return to the main login screen.
