1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Road Status Information System mobile application ("App"), provided by SAIRIT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED in partnership with HPPWD. By using this App, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to the App is limited to authorized employees of the HPPWD, including permanent and contractual staff. A separate Citizen Login is available to the public for viewing non-sensitive road status information.

3. Permitted Uses

• Submit real-time road blockage and damage updates within assigned jurisdictions
• Access internal dashboards and reporting tools
• View publicly accessible road information using Citizen Login (no credentials required)

Users must not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with the App’s code or features
• Use the App for unauthorized or personal activities
• Share login credentials or access another employee’s account

4. Account Responsibility

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their assigned credentials. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity should be reported immediately to the designated admin team.

5. Data Accuracy

All information submitted through the App must be accurate and verifiable. Users are expected to report genuine road blockages and damages. False reporting may lead to disciplinary action.

6. App Updates and Availability

The App may undergo periodic updates, maintenance, or feature changes without prior notice. Connectivity and availability may be affected during such times.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and code of the App are the intellectual property of SAIRIT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and the HPPWD. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

SAIRIT (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and HPPWD shall not be liable for any damages, data loss, or disruptions resulting from the use or misuse of the App.

9. Termination of Access

Access to the App may be revoked upon user transfer, retirement, policy violation, or at the discretion of departmental administrators.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Himachal Pradesh.
